Terms of Service & User Agreement

All digital licenses, subscriptions, and software tools provided through Mitamers (mitamers.org) are subject to the following terms of service. By placing an order or using our platform, you irrevocably agree to these terms.

1. General Provisions & Age Limit

• Mitamers and its services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental consent.
• All digital keys are bound to individual users. Sharing, reselling, or unauthorized reproduction of license keys results in immediate, permanent revocation.
• Mitamers reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform policies without prior notice.

2. Payment, Delivery & Refund Policy

• Instant Automatic Delivery: All successful orders receive license credentials and download guides immediately upon payment confirmation.
• Digital Goods Refund Policy: Due to the intangible nature of digital software keys, licenses once delivered or activated cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
• Downtime Compensation: In the event of planned maintenance or game updates, active subscriptions are automatically frozen or extended by the duration of the downtime.

3. Fair Use, Disclaimer & Anti-Cheat Notice

• Our software solutions are provided for testing, research, and performance optimization purposes. Third-party game developers may restrict third-party software under their Terms of Service.
• Any in-game sanctions, penalties, or restrictions resulting from software use remain the sole responsibility of the end user.
• While Mitamers continuously maintains and updates its bypass mechanisms, no software can guarantee permanent undetected status against sudden anti-cheat updates.

4. License Duration & Updates

• License duration begins upon initial key activation in the software client.
• All active license holders are entitled to free, automatic version updates and security patches for the duration of their plan.

5. Technical Support & Channels

• Technical assistance, setup guides, and HWID reset requests are handled exclusively through our official Discord community and on-site support.
• Support is available 24/7/365.
